Lura
My first client with Form & Function Marketing was Lura, a sustainable textile sourcing start-up. The nine posts I planned for Lura received an average of 65% more likes than their average. Based on my contributions on this client team, I was selected for F&F’s “Most Valuable Player” award.
Role: Marketing Strategist
Date: September 2020 — December 2020
Team: Skylar Scharer (Account Executive), Dhrithi Arun, Talia Brown, Olivia Corderi, Annie Gao, Alison Lee, Lauren Pitts
Objective: 1) Expand Lura’s social media presence, generating content ideas for their Instagram. 2) Conduct market research into potential clients and influencer partners.
Skills: Social Media Strategy, Graphic Design, Market Research
I researched brands and sewing influencers of varying sizes and ultimately identified over 50 viable partners for Lura. Criteria I focused on in my search were alignment with brand values regarding sustainability, relevance of past content, as well as audience diversity.
When planning Lura’s Instagram content, I strived to create a balance between informative, product-focused, and meme-based posts while retaining their pink and green brand colors.
